A quality plan is drawn up at the start of each assignment in the form of comprehensive Assignment Instructions. These are completed in conjunction with the client to clearly identify all unique requirements and to give our experienced contract managers the opportunity to reveal any areas of possible added value.

Documented visits by contract managers are arranged to assess, agree and action all  aspects of the service.

All clients also receive a two weekly Customer Liaison Call made by our Customer Care

Managers, during which any problems or concerns regarding any aspect of the service

can be discussed and actioned. All this is done at no extra cost to you.
